AENA is a full service architecture, planning, interiors, and design-build firm. We have been creating value for our clients since 1994 through our complex planning capabilities, integrated design and engineering approach, our expertise in the means and methods of construction, and our practiced ability to navigate complicated city approvals and permitting processes.
Although we started as an architecture firm, we have increased our scope of services to include interior design, design-build, sustainability consulting, landscape design, and project development services. We believe that each of the services we offer is an outgrowth of a particular area of expertise we have developed through experienced project delivery. Because we have been involved in so many complicated design and permitting processes, we have become proficient in obtaining all necessary approvals from relevant government agencies to allow project objectives to be met in the shortest reasonable time frames.
We have always taken an integrated approach to design and construction by providing core architectural services along with an in-house structural and mechanical design capability that saves clients time and money with solutions to the most complex problems. In addition to traditional design/bid/build project delivery methods, we have successfully completed numerous projects in a design-build capacity, and we believe our thorough knowledge of design and construction promotes the kind of synergies that inform both our design and technical decisions, thereby leading to high quality design while producing cost savings for our clients. We are very sensitive to project completion schedules, and will provide all the necessary services required to meet any reasonable scheduling goal to make our projects successful.
